Saturday, September 1, 2012 Meitu Xiu Xiu. Basic tutorial for beginners
Hey guys! Today I will be making an very basic tutorial for Meitu Xiu Xiu beginners

This app is in Chinese. There is no way you can change the language to English or find an English version.So once you have downloaded this app from http://xiuxiu.meitu.com/, and finished installing, open it and you'll be able to see something like this. It's pretty easy to use once you're not an rookie. I prefer this version then the updated ones. Left to right: Effects, beauty, emotions/stamps, text, photo frames, sceneries, animated effects, doll head and collage.   The last girl is Song Ji Eun. She has very outstanding singing skills. She also sang a song "Going Crazy' featuring Bang Yong Gook The girl group had many awesome songs like Magic, I Want You Back, Love is Move and much more. Here is the end of their short bio. You can search up in Google for more details of the girls.  
For now, we are going to add some frames where you can also D.I.Y from the emotions/ stamps section. as you can see, I added some heart shapes at the top left hand corner and bottom right hand corner of the photo. If you don't like to D.I.Y like that you can always go to the frames section and select your favorite one. Other than that, we're keeping it simple for the tutorial, you can add in other things as well.
Ok, so you can see the stamp in blue box? Once you click on an stampit will appear as in the photo. I took this emotion of the 2nd page. You can also adjust the transparency, rotation etc. This is pretty basic.
Here is the section where I will normally visit. These are the few effects that are so cool and nice! You can also chose other effects other than these. Adjust the brightness to make it darker or brighther!! The one in red circle is the effect that I have used.
The tab tour starts! 
The first tab is basically the effects corner.
This is the beauty section at the second where you can whiten your skin, colour your hair, remove pores, black head and eye-bag etc. You can also add in coloured lenses, hair extensions, fake wig, eyelashes, eye-shadow and more.
The third tab is just the emotions tab. very easy to find and use also.
Ok. So the fourth tab is the text corner where you at text like animated text, graphc text and customized text.
Fifth tab, sceneries corner! Explore yourself! ;)
The sixth tab will be the animations corner where you can transform your photo to become animated!
Seventh tab, doll head! So kawaii (cute) that I love it so so much! You can draw out your own head and fit them into the cartoon costume. They're also animated!
My favorite one is the last tab! Where you can make photo collages, add background through several photos, and edit your whole body out and dubbed the background with the ones they have. Note: for best results, edit photos that are from photoshoot because it is easier to edit out. And also. Do not chose the original background that is similar or same color with the clothings. Your clothes must not contain stripes, fur, zigzag, or unusual outfit. objects with very little holes. It will be pretty hard to edit. Take your time to edit!
